Home made duck foie gras, pear chutney (+ 5 €)
Raw salmon martinated with spices, salmon tartare with herbs
Boiled eggs in red wine sauce with bacon, onions and mushrooms
The six oysters number 3 “Utah beach” from Normandie (+ 2 €)
Belgian endive salad with Bleu des Causses cheese, walnuts, apple, vinaigrette sauce with mustard

Main courses

Vegetarian plate (assortment of steamed vegetables)
Sautéed beef rumpsteak, béarnaise sauce, confit of potatoes (+ 4 €)
Stewed lamb in pot with baby seasonal vegetables
Grilled king prawns, shellfish sauce, creamed risotto with Parmesan cheese (+ 4 €)
Roast duck breast fillet, green lentils with spices, home made duck foie gras
