Home made duck foie gras from Landes, lamb's luttuce salad (+ 5 €)
Raw salmon martinated with spices, salmon tartare with herbs, slice of fresh goat's cheese
Boiled eggs in red wine sauce with bacon, onions and mushrooms
Sautéed white mushrooms and pleurote mushrooms
Warm green lentil salad, saussage from Lyon with pistachio
