The six oysters number 3 “Saint Vaast la Hougue” from Normandie (+ 2 €)

Main courses

Vegetarian plate (assortment of steamed vegetables)
Sautéed beef rumpsteak, mushroom sauce, confit of potatoes (+ 4 €)
Stew of chuck of beef cooked a long time with red vine, celery and potatoes
Grilled sea bream bream fillet, buttered leeks, saffron sauce
Roast duck breast fillet, green lentils with spices and diced duck foie gras
