Cold tomato gaspacho with baked tomatoes
Romaine lettuce, caesar sauce, hard boiled eggs, croutons, grated Parmesan cheese
Potato salad with artichokes, fresh goat's cheese mousse with chives
Home made duck foie gras from Landes, lamb's luttuce salad (+ 5 €)
Carpaccio of raw salmon martinated with spices, crushed avocado
Duck breast fillet marinated with pure sea salt, melon, Jurançon wine aspic

Main courses

Vegetarian plate (assortment of steamed vegetables)
Sautéed beef rumpsteak, béarnaise sauce, confit of potatoes (+ 4 €)
Grilled spare ribs with thyme, French beans with smoked bacon
