Pumpkin velvety soup, pleurote mushrooms, slice of cheese
Home made duck foie gras, fig chutney (+ 5 €)
Raw salmon martinated with spices, salmon tartare with herbs, slice of goat's cheese
Boiled eggs in red wine sauce with bacon, onions and mushrooms
Sautéed pleurotes mushrooms with flat leaf parsley
The six oysters number 3 “Utah beach” from Normandie (+ 2 €)
Belgian endive oven-grilled with cream and Tome cheese, smoked bacon


Main courses

Vegetarian plate (assortment of steamed vegetables)
Sautéed beef rumpsteak, béarnaise sauce, confit of potatoes (+ 4 €)
Stewed lamb in pot with baby seasonal vegetables
Grilled king prawns, shellfish sauce, creamed risotto with Parmesan cheese (+ 4 €)
